My client is looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join their residential 50 bedded residential home in Frome supporting the elderly with Dementia.

This is a beautiful home and is divided into four areas, which includes a specialist Dementia wing.

All staff have ongoing speicalist training, there is also a lot of investment within the home which keeps standards high.

This is a leading care provider in the South West and have an excellent reputation which is illustrated in their CQC report which is "Good".

They have multiple home in the area and supportive senior management, where there are lots of potential for progression.

They are looking to hold interview within the next week if you are interested please apply if you have the following:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a Dementia or Elderly Setting

  • An Experienced Deputy Manager or Team Leader

  • A minimum of a NVQ - Level 3 in Health and Social Care
