Part -Time Receptionist Administrator

Our client based in Egham, Surrey are currently recruiting for a Part-Time, Temporary Receptionist Administrator to commence ASAP for an initial period of 4 months.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team for candidates seeking work from Monday-Friday, 13:30 - 17:30

Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients chasing relevant information

  • Promptly answer emails from clients and customers

  • Compile lists and reports using MS Office

  • Answer the phone within 3 rings

  • General office duties


  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Good knowledge of MS Office including Microsoft Outlook

  • Experience in using a bespoke in-house system

  • Excellent Customer Service skills

  • Strong Numeracy and Literacy skills
