The Role

Our Client is seeking to appoint a dynamic, creative and ambitious individual with immediate start.

You will join a strong and vibrant Chemistry department.

The post would suit an NQT who is a well organised team player or an experienced teacher

The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to teach able students across all key stages.

You need to foster a collaborative approach, be prepared to work as a member of a team, have good inter-personal skills and deliver lessons that will inspire our learners to succeed.

They should have an understanding of what makes an outstanding and successful learning environment.

Requirements

To prepare, teach and assess work at KS3, KS4 with an option of teaching KS5 for a suitable
Candidate, in accordance with school and departmental policy.
To keep appropriate records of assessment of designated groups.
To use a wide variety of teaching styles suited to the needs of individuals and small groups as well as whole classes.
To set targets with students using baseline and other assessment data and to review
Performance on a regular basis.
