Medicor are pleased to consider applications for the position of Dialysis Sister/Charge Nurse (RGN) working for our client based in Central London on a Permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be registered with the NMC and have Extensive experience as a Registered Nurse (RGN).
You will need to have the following essential skills and experience for the position; You will need to significant post registration qualification in acute Renal Nursing (ENB 136) or equivalent with extensive post registration experience in acute dialysis including F/G grade level and a ENB 998 or equivalent with previous Leadership experience ideally working at Sister or Charge Nurse level, however we will consider a senior staff nurse with a good number of years' experience in an acute dialysis setting

The role is based within a Private Hospital with a Specialist Dialysis Unit which comprises of 4 dialysis stations, and caters to unstable acute and chronic dialysis patients.

As a Sister/Charge Nurse within the Dialysis Ward you will provide clinical supervision/mentoring to other staff and undertake clinical audits in own specialist area and Clinically Shift Lead the department.

As part of your role you will also support the 16 bedded ITU with their dialysis needs.

You will provide specialist clinical knowledge and skills in a broad range of procedures and delivering expert care for patients undergoing diagnosis and treatment.

This is a Full-time Permanent position working 37.5 hours per week working in Central London.

The salary for this position is between £38500 and £44638 + a 6% Enhancement and is dependent on experience and suitability for the position.
