*Annual earnings based on a basic salary of £16,500 per annum and also incorporates shift enhancements for weekend working and sleep-ins as part of a typical rota.

The organisation is a registered charity that has been providing care, support and advice for over 30 years to vulnerable people across Hampshire and Dorset, giving them the tools and resources they need to live independent, secure and valued lives.

The Role

This is a brand new service with exciting opportunities available for motivated and innovative individuals to join an excellent team working with local young people in supported accommodation across the New Forest.

The service has been developed with young people and working patterns have been developed to ensure cover during the working day as well as evenings and weekends, therefore, the successful candidate will work a shift pattern to ensure cover in all services, including weekends and sleep-ins.

, be able to build supportive relationships with young people
, be able to deliver one to one and group work sessions
, be a skilled advocate
, be able to support young people to achieve independent living skills
, be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of young people and the service
, be able to travel across the area to support young people to appointments
