Customer Care Manager

Due to continuing business success and growth we are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Customer Care Manager to join our dealership team at Chingford.

What will I be responsible for?

Joining the friendly team, the successful Customer Care Manager will have day to day responsibility to run the front of house service department and key objectives to help drive the performance of the service department in order to ensure that excellent customer service is provided and all financial targets are achieved.

Your day to day responsibilities will also include: 

- Liaising with Service Advisors daily – dealing with any potential issues that may arise
- Handling Customer complaints
- Managing relationship with Audi UK in relation to customer issues
- Pre-planning – Paperwork / Dairy
- Looking after Front of house – Meet and Greet Car park

Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate for the Customer Care Manager vacancy will have previous experience in a similar role and proven customer service skills.

- Customer awareness.
- Ability to work to deadlines and targets.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Ability to motivate and drive a team of individuals to achieve objectives.
- Confident and professional communication skills.
- Full UK Driving License
