, Salary: £45,000- £50,000 base with an uncapped OTE £100,000 + company phone + laptop, generous pension, healthcare and progression paths
As a Business Development Manager will involve implementing your existing skills and experience to target the corporate market, selling Financial Consultancy services.
The role will be a hybrid of new business and account management, by generating your own leads and building a rapport with your clients.
You will be required to make cold-calls, research and chase up any referrals to source new business.
You will be performing against set targets to make the most of the uncapped commission plan.
Once you have demonstrated that you are able to deliver, a step up into management is on the table.
The ideal Business Development Manager will have extensive experience in selling Financial Consultancy and have a client base in corporate organisations.
Alternatively, we will consider candidates from another form of consulting.
You will need to be strong in hunting for new business as well as an expert at managing an existing base of clients.
You will have a proven track record of exceeding targets and KPI's.
The ideal applicant will demonstrate a great drive to succeed and consistently put in all efforts when working to achieve success.
You will also show exceptional communication skills, have clear confidence and have the persistence to exceed all KPI's.
The basic salary for the Business Development Manager on offer ranges between £45,000 - £50,000; depending on experience; with a rewarding uncapped OTE of £100,000 in your first year! Other benefits include… company phone + laptop, generous pension, health care and opportunities to progress.
