As a Business Development Manager, you will be implementing your existing skills to identify fresh opportunities for Booking Software, managing the UK territory.
You will also need to build a proficient rapport with high-level decision makers for repeat business.
You will demonstrate exceptional communication skills; have a proactive approach and be a hunter for new business.
You will consistently be working towards set targets to make the most of the rewarding uncapped commission plan! You'll be out on the field meeting clients face to face on a regular basis! Once you have demonstrated your abilities there will be the opportunity for a step up into Sales Management.
The ideal Business Development Manager will be experienced in selling Booking Software, targeting chain and independent Hotels.
Alternatively, we will look at candidates who have sold any form of Technology into Hospitality.
You will need to be a hunter for generating new business and be proficient at managing accounts that you have brought on.
You must be personable, professional and presentable, as you will be meeting clients face to face to build a reputable rapport for repeat business! The ideal applicant will demonstrate a great drive to succeed and consistently put in all efforts.
You will also show exceptional communication skills, have clear confidence in a professional manor and have the persistence to exceed all set KPI's.
The base salary on offer is a rewarding salary of £35,000 - £50,000 depending on experience, with an uncapped OTE of £65,000.
You will also receive a company car, company phone + laptop, generous pension, opportunities to progress and other flexible options.
