Customer Service / Retention Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Service / Retention Specialist to work alongside our finance team at Elms Stansted.

What will I be responsible for?

As aCustomer Service / Retention Specialist, you will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting product.

A large part of the Retention Specialist position involves: 

- Contacting customer by telephone/email to review current finance agreements
- Maintaining a high level of finance product knowledge;
- Focusing on achieving a high retention;
- Providing exceptional customer service that leads to customer loyalty and referrals;
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

Who are we looking for?

As our ideal Customer Service / Retention Specialist, you will require the following skills and experience: 

- Customer awareness.
- Negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Full driving licence.
- The successful candidate for our Retention Specialist vacancy will have:

- Show the ability to work to deadlines and targets;
- Show the ability to work well in a team.
