Our client, the Affinity Trust, is a national charity dedicated to providing high-quality, personalised support to adults with learning disabilities.

They are recruiting a Support Worker in Heath End, Surrey.

The Role

The Affinity Trust have two new clients that require their assistance in Heath End, near Aldershot and they will require the staff to be flexible and work shifts including unsociable hours, weekends and sleep-in shifts.

Client 1

I am gentlemen of 50 years old with a Learning Disability and some mental health support needs.

I have recently moved into a new property and this is an exciting opportunity for me.

I am looking for a team of support workers to work with me and to support me 24/7.

I enjoy playing cards, board cards, cooking, pop music, going to car boot sales and eating out.

Client 2

I am in the process of moving into my own property and very excited at this opportunity.

I will be requiring 24/7 support.

The support will include household tasks of cooking, cleaning and supporting with community activities.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £7.77 per hour / £15,194 per annum

Benefits: Enhancements for Weekends and Bank Holidays, additional payment for Sleep Ins where required, 28 days annual leave (increasing with service) inclusive of bank holidays (pro rata for part time staff), contributory pension scheme, excellent training and development opportunities, childcare vouchers, employee assistance scheme and occupational health support.
