Customer Service/Help Desk Agent

This global software solutions business is looking for a Customer Service/Desk Support Agent to join their office in Sydney.

This small yet dedicated team of professionals based in the Sydney CBD have experienced great success since their launch 18 months ago and as a direct result are now expanding.

Reporting directly to the Senior Consultant, you will have a clear focus on delivering superior customer service and system implementation support.

You will be accountable for:

  • Answering and directing customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner

  • Identifying and solving customer issues

  • Contributing and managing implementation projects

  • Providing ongoing and post sales service and support to all customers

To be successful in securing an interview, you will have:

  • Qualifications ideally within IT or Business

  • Experience working in a phone based customer service environment

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal

  • Advanced MS office skills with a high computer literacy

  • An eagerness to learn with a proactive working nature
