Project PA - Team Admin

Immediately available position for a confident team focused PA.

Working in the fast paced team of project professional you will use your highly organised skills to manage the diary and travel for the Project Lead for this organisation.




Duties may include:



  • Extensive diary and travel co-ordination for project lead

  • Expense management for the leadership team

  • Adhoc support to the greater team - document amendments, occasional travel, expenses

  • Project administration

  • Preparation of meeting documents using strong MS Suite skills



What you need to bring to this role:



  • Solid senior level support

  • Ability to use MS suite manage expenses and time sheeting for project team

  • Proven ability to manage busy diary, make last minute changes and document preparation

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure you are able to build rapport with the greater team and senior stakeholders in the business

  • Intermediate - advance level with MS Skills

  • Desire to work within fluid, ever charging, fast past project driven work environment
