Junior Legal Secretary

Working within the employment and insurance team, your role will be varied and you will be trained and supported by legal professionals.

Your key responsibilities will see you:

, Preparing documents and letters

, Drafting correspondence

, Photocopying, filling and scanning

, Scheduling appointments and manage diaries and emails

, Managing files

, Liaising with clients

, All other Secretarial duties


To be successful for this excellent opportunity, you must possess:

, A minimum of 6 months experience working within a law firm

, Strong technical skills - be Intermediate to Advanced MS Office + a minimum typing speed of 65wpm

, The ability to prioritise effectively and thrive under pressure

, Confident communication skills
