Senior Mental Health Practitioner

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting into Wokingham Councils Community Mental Health Team for a Senior Social Work Practitioner/AMHP on a 12 month contract.

This 12 month contract also has the chance of extension and pay rates are negotiable up to £40 per hour.



As a Senior Social Work Practitioner you will be required to -
, Carry a complex case load
, Severe & Enduring Mental health service users
, Participate in the AMHP Rota
, Work as part of the CMHT team
, Work in the Care Pathways Service
, Deliver services in line with the relevant clinical pathways and the Personalization Agenda
In order to apply you must have the following -
, AMHP experience
, HCPC Registration & Qualified Social worker
, Experience of at least 3 years as a qualified social worker
