Your day to day role as a business development manager will involve selling Job Board Solutions directly to Directors within the Recruitment industry.
Your time will be split sourcing new business by generating your own leads.
You will be required to make cold-calls, research and chase up any referrals to source new business.
You will need to communicate with all your clients throughout the full sale cycle to ensure the process runs efficiently.
You will need to explore your clients' needs and relay the benefits of purchasing HR consultancy to close YOUR clients to achieve success.
The company are looking for a candidate who has experience in sourcing new business, ideally Job Board related, however the client is open to hear about other industries.
As a business development manager, you will need to be a hunter for generating new business, and have a proven track record of exceeding targets.
The ideal applicant will demonstrate a great drive to succeed and consistently put in all efforts when working to achieve success.
You will also show exceptional communication skills, have clear confidence and have the persistence to exceed all KPI's.
For the role as a business development manager the base salary on offer ranges between £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience with a rewarding uncapped OTE of £60,000.
