Our Clients, a busy drainage company based in Sandycroft, currently have an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator to join their team. 

As a Project Administrator you will ensure that all data is systematically and correctly reported and take care of adequately gathering, processing and issuing data.

As a Project Administrator you will also be responsible for the following:

Key Responsibilities

* Systematically and correctly executing allocated duties

* Treating business data with due care

* Following procedures/guidelines ISO

* Answering phone calls and dealing with queries 

* Compiling and collecting data for applications for payment

* Entering production into PRIS on a daily basis

* Printing and issuing Drainage plans for projects

* Filing and correctly storing data

* Checking data and the quality of works carried out

* Checking and processing 

* Preparing reports

* Gather, register and process business data

* Entering jobs and quotes into PRIS

Key Skills

* Basic secondary school education or industrial equivalent


* MS Office, excel

* Relevant work experience

* Fluent in English (written and spoken)

* Knowledge of Office software

* Knowledge of automated data processing (PRIS)

* Knowledge of setting up reports
