We are looking for a similarly minded, ambitious and self-motivated consultant to join our Western Sydney team.

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

Initially you will be providing support to the business with a view to move into a 360 recruitment position growing and establishing your own recruitment desk.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Screening and interviewing candidates

  • Preparing resumes for clients

  • Resourcing top-calibre candidates from database searches and social media platforms

  • Reviewing applications

  • Reference checks

  • Job advertising

  • Liaising with clients and candidates
