Business Development Manager - IT
We are looking for a strong IT Business Development Manager for a role based in Ellesmere Port.
The company are well established and have seen an enormous amount of success in recent years.
Due to growth, they are looking to expand their current team.
The company want a strong sales person with experience of selling infrastructure hardware.
The role will include both new business and account management.
The team is very well established but there is still a huge amount of business which is untouched.
There’s a real sense of teamwork at this company and everyone works together to maximise sales opportunities.
That being said, we are still looking for someone who strives to hit individual commission and targets as their commission is very good!
Main duties to include: • Contacting businesses to arrange appointments • Attend client meetings and recommend solutions based on their brief • Demonstrate the solution where required • Prepare quotations and follow up • Close and retain business by building longstanding relationships • Keep the database up to date
We are looking for: • An experienced sales person • Someone with good knowledge of IT infrastructure • A strong relationship builder • Someone who is personable and professional • A full UK driving license • Someone who is self-motivated and driven
In return you can expect: • Salary circa £45k • Very strong, uncapped commission structure with a realistic OTE or £80-£100k • Car allowance • Pension • Private healthcare • Full support from the marketing and technical departments • Strong aftersales support to ensure the business is retained
