Position: Qualified Nursery Practitioner (part time, term time)
Location: Brent, near Golders Green
Hours: Part time, term time - 8.15am-1.15pm on 3 days, plus 8.15am-3.30pm on 2 days
Contract length: Permanent
Starting salary: In the region of £11,400 per annum

We are delighted to be partnered with this fantastic nursery, located in the borough of Brent, to support the appointment of a Qualified Nursery Practitioner (part time, term time) to work with their 2-3 year olds.

This is a term time only position, being offered with a starting salary in the region of £11,400/annum.

Hours of work are Monday-Friday, 8.15am-1.30pm on 3 days, and 8.15am-3.30pm on 2 days.

The Manager is very open to extending hours of work to 3.30pm on an additional 2 days, if this is something you would be keen for.

The nursery provides exceptional care for it's children, in what can only be described as a super environment.

Nothing is too much trouble for this team, and they are led by a super experienced Manager to uphold the highest of standards of care and education, which is tailored to meet the individual needs of every child who attends.

It doesn't end there! Not only are the children catered for in the most considerate way, the staff team are also looked after incredibly well.

There are weekly planning sessions and time away from the children to complete reports and learning journeys too.

The Manager believes wholeheartedly in her staff being able to focus on the children when they are with them, and therefore provides her team with non-contact time for the associated paperwork.

Training is offered in abundance at this nursery, and with a resident Speech and Hearing Therapist working within the nursery, as the appointed Qualified Nursery Practitioner (part time) you will receive excellent SEN training alongside other relevant subjects.

This setting and it's children demand an experienced Qualified Nursery Practitioner (part time) who is pro-active and naturally caring.

A keen interest in SEN would be a distinct advantage.

You will be qualified to at least level 3 in early years, you will have excellent spoken and written English, you will be knowledgeable and experienced in using the EYFS to advise planning and children's next steps, you will be able to forge strong and positive relationships with adults and children alike, and you will be physically fit, active and energetic.
