This contemporary award-winning spa hotelset within peaceful surroundings is looking for an experienced and talented Chef de Partie.
Delicious, freshly prepared and well-presented meals are at the heart of this dining experience.The Mediterranean dishes are prepared by real Mediterranean chefs.They use ingredients that are fresh, seasonal and sourced from farmers, fisherman and growers based within East Anglia wherever possible.
Themenus always include lighter, healthier menu options as well as dishes suitable for vegetarians, vegans or for those with special dietary requirements.
As part of this brigade you will be required to assist the team in the smooth running of a section.You must be an enthusiastic Chef de Partie who is passionate about food and willing to learnand join their existing small brigade.
You will be expected to work quickly and calmly whilst promoting good working relations within the kitchen.
Previous experience in a establishment this position would suit a experiencedChef de Partielooking to move on to the next step in their career.
Must have NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and a full understanding of food safety and hygiene.
Applicants must be well presented.
It is also necessary that all applicants have a stable CV with excellent references.
