HR Administrator

Due to continued success and growth of our investment portfolio, we are now looking to recruit a Part time HR Administrator to join our HR team in Segensworth, Fareham.

What will I be responsible for?

As a HR Administrator you will be working in a small team looking after a diverse range of industries with generalist HR.

This is an exciting opportunity to start within a business that continues to grow year on year.

The main responsibilities of a HR Administrator:

- HR Administrative tasks in line with Data Protection
- Administration of the recruitment process
- Attendance at recruitment events
- Use of social media to attract new talent
- Supporting the production of HR management information
- Updating the HR system and time attendance system
- Administration of the performance management process
- New starter, leaver and internal changes administration support
- Respond to HR enquiries
- L&D administration
- Induction pack preparation
- Updating of Intranet page
- Manage employee benefits schemes
- Complete file audits
- Arrange staff events
- Ad hoc projects
- Ensure the office is clean and tidy at all times
- Any administrative duties as requested by HR Advisor
