Registered Fostering Manager - Nottingham

We are currently assisting a highly successful and 'Good' rated Independent Fostering Agency who require a Registered Fostering Manager in their Nottingham office.



You will be qualified (CQSW/DipSW) and have at least 5 years post qualification experience in fostering.

You should be able to demonstrate a successful track record in supervision/management of social workers and in achieving consistent care standards and compliance with current fostering regulations and Ofsted inspection requirements.



The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic social worker with an ability to motivate, support and manage a team with a view to expanding its operations and developing the business.



Geographically the office covers the Nottingham Area!



The focus of the team is that of providing an excellent service to our Foster Carers whilst supporting the many needs of Children and Young People.

The team provides a number of child focused services which include, theraplay, life story work and working alongside Children and Young People who display Harmful Sexual Behaviours to name a just a few.



Salary and Benefits:
- Salary of up to £60,000 dependant on experience
