Interim Global Mobility Specialist - London

Ref No: HH/61273/GM

Covering an employee on maternity leave, you'll be responsible for all aspects of the international assignment process for expatriates across Europe and Asia.

This will include administration and compliance reviews for expatriate tax, social security and immigration.

The Role

As the Global Mobility Specialist you'll be:

> Calculating expatriate compensation packages to establish cost projections
> Following the approval of assignment terms
> Coordinating all assignment related activities
> Liaising regularly with external providers in relation to relocation, tax, immigration, etc.

> Preparing all expatriate assignment letters and conducting briefings prior to the move
> Managing expatriate compensation, including tax equalization, salary reviews, COLA reviews, etc.
> Acting as the first point of contact for assignees and business travellers, assisting with any queries
> Supporting the repatriation process
> Coordinating monthly expatriate payroll processes

The Person

To be successful in the role of Global Mobility Specialist, you'll have the following skills and experience:

> Previous experience of global mobility, ideally within an in-house function
> A full understanding of expatriate tax, compensation and COLA calculation
> Confidence liaising with colleagues of all levels
> Numerical skills and excellent attention to detail
> The ability to multi-task and prioritise in a busy environment
> Fluent English is essential, French is preferred (not essential)
