Our client are looking for an ambitious sales professional for a New Business Development Manager role within a fast growing Digital Marketing Agency based in West London.

As the New Business Development Manager you will be responsible for leading and delivering an effective business development strategy contributing to the commercial success of the company.

Key responsibilities:

Lead Sourcing & Research
, Responsible for lead generation, building up new business pipelines and maintaining the database of clients you acquire.
, Formulate campaigns that will reach the targeted audience which will in turn lead to securing new clients and expanding into new markets.
, Be the driving force in increasing the company's revenue targets to accommodate the ambitious growth plans the company is determined to achieve.
Business Development
, Make outbound introductory cold calls and engage with key decision makers
, Make outbound follow-up calls and convert prospects into clients
, Responsible for reporting on monthly, quarterly and annual sales and KPIs

Must haves:
, Previous experience working in a new business role within a marketing agency
, Proven track record of success in a new business role (via generating leads and successful pitching)
, Excellent client-facing and communication skills
, A good commercial understanding
, Huge amount of enthusiasm
, Account management experience
, Hold a valid UK driving license and own a car
Skills & Experience
, Previous telephone based business development / B2B sales experience
, Must be able to self-source new business via online/offline activity
, Must be articulate and possess a highly professional phone manner
, Comfortable in meeting face-to-face with clients and suppliers with the ability to developing long-term relationships
, A competitive self-starter
, Must be committed, resourceful and have a natural flair for business development
, Previous B2B sales is desirable
