To ensure community engagement initiatives and programmes meet and in time, exceed the social value plan.

To ensure the company are involved in supporting worthwhile causes with innovative and resourceful aspirations in keeping with their Corporate Social Responsibility Policy and promotion of Social Value delivery.

, Provide robust measurement against the Community Investment Activity report
, Manage investment budget, providing business cases for proposed improvements
, Coordinate training, work experience and employment opportunities across all partners
, Liaise with local colleges to maximise opportunities for residents
, Use our position of visiting/ working with every resident to promote facilities as well as promoting any key messages and initiatives to ensure a joined up approach
, Act as a catalyst for coordinating key partners for the duration of the works & beyond
, Track funding pots, making and supporting applications to relevant bodies to secure tangible improvements, working at all times with appropriate local stakeholders
, Administer funding body performance returns to ensure full monies are achieved
, Source, support and facilitate training for Volunteers as a route to work and fulfilment
, Look at the barriers to inclusion and employment and provide mitigating measures
, Work with stakeholders to identify local charities, schools and projects that can benefit from support or sponsorship, relevant to the regeneration project.

As well as client promotions, such as open-days, fun-days, stunts and competitions, partnership working and team building events.
, Ensure that corporate identity is sufficiently visible and seen in a favorable manner at all events that we sponsor or take part in.
, Support our People Services department in local recruitment and career information projects.

, Assist and support with apprentice delivery, mentoring and progress monitoring.
, Production of internal and external media and communications platforms with our Marketing and Communications department to ensure that CSR activities are celebrated and promoted to staff, Clients and other engaged stakeholders.

Essential Skills and Experience
, Minimum three years' experience managing and delivering community or regeneration projects.
, Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
, Excellent problem solving skills
, Able to manage work load and respond to deadlines
, Good budget management and reporting skills
, Good level of maths and English skills
, People focused (this role requires a lot of interaction and positive influencing of people from all walks of life and backgrounds)
, Socially and Commercially aware
, Innovative and ability to think laterally

Desirable Skills and Experience
, Teacher Training qualification
, Good experience working in partnership with local authorities, colleges, education providers or housing providers
, Experience of line managing staff
, Understanding of apprenticeship delivery
