Undergoing an exciting period of growth, we are recruiting for our client who are multi-lingual call centre in Edinburgh.

As the Customer Advisor, you will be advising customers on the products/services, assisting customer with any enquiries, handling complaints and managing the customers' accounts, there is NO SELLING involved.

Within this position, the working hours are 40 per week, 8 hours per day and this will be 5 days over 7 between the hours of 10.30 - 19.00 and there's more…

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you MUST be fluent in written/spoken Italian and English and possess outstanding communication skills.

You must be proficient in all Microsoft packages such as Word/Excel and have gained some customer service experience ideally from hospitality, retail or a call-centre.
