Insurance Sales Consultant / Front Counter - Guildford

From £18,000 - £27,000 depending on experience

The Company:

Our client sells insurance products directly to the public on a local basis, both over the telephone and face-to-face.

They are experiencing great success offering a personal tailor made service to their customers and are going through a period of expansion.

Our client offers great customer service and ensures the right product is offered to the right customer at all times.

The Role:

The successful Insurance Sales Consultant will have experience of making sales over the telephone and face to face.

You will also frequently work on the front counter and so be customer facing.

They will have a track record that shows they can work towards targets and follow a sales process that delivers the best of customer service and the right product being sold to the customer.
The role requires you to work Monday to Friday and a half day on Saturdays.

The successful applicant will be well presented, professional, build great rapport with the customer and work well within a team.

They will also be looking to develop their sales skills, study for Insurance exams and be looking for a long term career.

Our client develops people within the business and aims to promote from within.
The successful applicant will need to be self-motivated, organised and resilient.

Ideally you will be from an Insurance or Financial Services background.
