Helpdesk Technician - Southport
My Client is an award winning established firm based in the Merseyside.
They are a specialised Medical Negligence firm.
The firm are now looking to recruit for a Helpdesk Technician to aid in their Southport office.
The role will include support for the staff on a day to day basis while ensuring that e-mails, printing, desk phones and other software are all readily available.
Moreover, maintenance and management of the Proclaim Case Management System is essential.
Primary responsibilities are to ensure that the Active Directory is up to date, to prepare and implement key apparatus such as VOIP phones and Virtual and Desktop PC's, configuration of company software and the basic introduction to company procedures for new recruits.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation and management of Windows Servers, Windows and Software and standard network services.
The candidate must have knowledge of VOIP phone systems and their use and know how to use a laser printer.
