VP Product Manager Supply Chain Finance

VP Product Manager Supply Chain Finance-(bilingual Chinese helpful)


Responsibilities:


A.

Business development and strategic alignment of Supply Chain Finance including Account Receivable/Payable Finance programs to capture market share, generate revenue and solidify brand.


B.

Establish Supply Chain finance products, draft product policies and procedures, establish operational platform in collaboration with relevant departments, and propose to the branch new product committee.


C.

Maintain the Supply Chain finance product line, structure and facilitate implementation of deals, may transact on a global clients basis.


D.

Promote Supply Chain Finance products to clients together with Relationship Manager and deliver solutions to satisfy clients need.


E.

Support the complex, specialized trade deals as part of the deal team.


F.

Provide AR Finance product training to the branch.


G.

Monitor U.S.

market trends, major incidents and material institutional or governmental policy change, and alert management if necessary.


H.

Conduct credit analysis and seek approval within the branch.


Additional Responsibilities:


Attend annual BSA/AML training program, assume responsibility, as appropriate, to report suspicious activity to BSA/AML Officer.


Qualifications Required:


A.

Minimum of 5 years of Supply Chain Finance (Account Receivable/Payable Finance) working for reputable international commercial banks.


B.

Fluent in written and verbal English, Chinese and English bilingual preferred.


C.

Extensive knowledge of U.S.

banks Supply Chain Finance products and market practice, governing regulations.


D.

Deep understanding of Supply Chain Finance collateral management and portfolio management.


E.

Proved knowledge of Supply Chain Finance inherent risk factors, and capability of risk mitigation.


F.

Proficient with credit analysis, AR receivable/payable analysis and market trend analysis.


G.

B.A.

degree in business, finance, advanced degree desirable.


H.

Strong collaboration, organizational, analytical and communication skills.


I.

Open to learn new skills and new products.


J.

Strong computer skills are essential.

Proficient in MS Office (Work, Excel and


PowerPoint).


K.

Willing to travel for business.
