Receptionist (Temporary)

Our client is seeking an experienced front of house Receptionist with excellent client care skills, in order to ensure that visitors to the company are provided with a first class experience.

As well as providing a warm and professional welcome, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Answering calls through the Reception switchboard; logging and/or message taking where necessary
Meeting and greeting visitors and announcing their arrival
Providing refreshments
diary management for meeting rooms and ensuring that they are prepared for meetings
Some ad hoc administration

This is a temporary role, and is to start ASAP, however there is a possibility that it may become permanent for the right candidate.
