Procurement Officer

people2people are working closely with a government department requiring an experienced administrator for their Procurement and Facilities department.

This will commence on 17th October 2016 until 16th February 2017.

The Role

The duties will include:

  • Processing purchase requisitions

  • Preparing invoices for the payment in the finance system (SUN)

  • General data entry

  • Creating purchase orders

About You

You will need to have the following to be considered:

  • Experience in a similar role

  • "Can Do" attitude

  • Great attention to detail

  • Good time management

  • Good Excel skills

  • Driving licence is preferred
