Senior IT Recruitment Consultant - New Business Development, Oracle,, Cloud and Data

We are currently advertising for a  Senior Recruitment Consultant on behalf of our client.

If so, we know it would take a great deal for you to consider a move to a startup agency, we also know that you don’t need a description of what a Recruiter does.   This is a great opportunity to work in a new division and to make your mark, our client is  pretty relaxed, it’s casual dress attire, suits only when required.   

As a Senior Recruiter you will be expected to have your own “black book” of clients and hit the road running.    You will be supported by the business and provided with the tools you require to hit targets.   You will be expected to train a more junior member/buddie and support you, with your guidance.  You will be joining a very small team, this is a new division of our business and we are in the startup stage, so lots of opportunities for you to carve out your role.

This will only suit a certain type of person.

You must be hungry for success, motivated by money, and you must bring over your own clients to hit your revenues in the first month.

You will also have the opportunity within 12 months to build on your team of Recruiters and eventually work your way to earning revenue from your Team.  

We are not looking for “all mouth and no action” its results.  On top of the salary on offer, you will also get a bespoke benefits package, it’s up to you what that is, it just all depends on; successfully completing your probation period, consistently month on month of successfully hitting your targets, after which a bespoke package can be tailored, which, you are happy with and the business can support.

Minimum Experience: 3-4 years

Education Level: Bachelor Degree

About you

  • Proven track record of billings & stability, you should already acquire your own clients and will be expected to hit targets within your first month
  • Exceptional knowledge in IT Development Markets, i.e.

    Oracle,, Cloud and Data Scientists strong background in recruiting for the IT market, or experience in the industry itself
  • A current track record of working as a 360 Recruiter
  • Proven ability to build & develop client relationships
  • Gifted in effectively screening candidates to differentiate between those who are qualified and those who are not.
  • Accomplished in sourcing passive candidates who are not on the open market.

  • Highly motivated by targets, money & delivering a high level of service.

  • Ideally suited to working in a non-micro management environment.
