Permanent Outbound Telephone Marketing Executive

Brief Job Description:

  • Absolutely No Selling is involved

  • Business to Business calling only

  • Work will mainly include targeted telemarketing to clients across a wide range of business sectors

  • Purpose of the calls will be appointment setting, data cleansing, lead generation

  • Meeting with clients when required for project briefs

  • Account management and daily reporting

  • Target based environment

  • Performance measured, coaching provided to develop

Person Specification:

  • Previous telemarketing or sales experience would be a bonus

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Listening skills are key

  • Competence to learn new skills

  • Must be a team player but with strong personal motivation

  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner

  • Must be Computer Literate - competent with Word and use of Email

  • Knowledge of Excel is preferred

  • Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relation Management) Systems, such as SalesForce & FuseMetrix


  • £18,000 pa

  • 20 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays)

Full Time Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday 9am- 5pm

  • Friday between 9am- 3.30pm
