This Gastro Pub is set in the beautiful and charming village in Hampshire and is looking for a Sous Chef.

This gastro pub offers an array of culinary delights from traditional British favourites to more imaginative dishes, all of which are prepared and created using fresh local produce.

The establishment has an established and dedicated cliental, as well as benefiting from passing trade due its fabulous location.

This position requires a hard working and dedicated individual who has an ability to cope well under pressure : experience in a high volume establishment is definitely an advantage.

It is important that all applicants for this position have experience in using fresh ingredients, in a busy high volume establishment and are capable and confident in leading the team.

Qualifications/Experience required:

You must have NVQ 1&2 or equivalent and a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a fine dining/brassiere establishment.

It is also necessary that applicants posses a food hygiene certificate.

A stable CV with good traceable references would be an advantage.

You will need to be hard working and want to work part of a great team.
