Payroll & Accounts Assistant

PAYROLL & ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR / TEMPORARY / 2 MONTHS


My client, a leader in the Leisure & Sport world is looking for a temporary Payroll Assistant to support the Finance Manager in preparation of payroll, budget reports, and some finance administration.



Responsibilities:



  • Preparing monthly employee timesheets for authorisation, and undertaking payroll queries, and running payroll.

  • Matching purchase orders, and compiling for payment.

  • Posting and processing supplier statements

  • Reconciliation of ledger using Sage 50.

  • Dealing with invoice queries from suppliers

  • Generating invoices for debtors.

  • Undertaking general admin duties relative to the role.

  • Undertake staff training as required.
