Administrator for the Sales department

My client is looking for an Administrator to join the Sales department who can ensure the accurate and efficient processing of service orders and returns as well as supporting and providing cover to the sales order processing team.

Location: Teddington
Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
Salary: £18,000 - £20,500

Key duties

  • To administer the RMA (returns) process efficiently by ensuring that all Sales documentation is completed appropriately, correctly and relevant for all returns including those from overseas.

  • To work with the production team ensuring that returns are prioritized correctly

  • Ensure that that all fault analysis is completed

  • Ensure that all warranty status' of returns are correctly analysed and service charges are inputted as required

  • Ensure that all sale orders processed within the company are contractually and technically compliant.

  • Input accurate order entries when sales are processed within the company using the MRP system

  • Liaise with production team to ensure order dates can be bet

  • Liaise with engineers to communicate any product configuration changes and ensure all are recorded on the system

  • Liaise with customers to answer any queries related to returns and sales order progress

  • Attend any relevant training

  • Able to cover any absences within the company when required

Key Requirements

  • Strong admin experience

  • Proven Excel and Microsoft Office experience

  • Excellent telephone and customer service skills

  • Experience of working in a sales, purchasing or administration environment
