Client Advisor

I am recruiting for a Client Advisor to join a rapidly growing business based in Watford who are looking for someone with experience of working for an Umbrella company.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration experience and confident on the telephone dealing with queries.

This position is a 9 month contract to start immediately!


  • Answering phone and email queries

  • Making outbound calls to clients as and when necessary

  • Ensuring that all payroll, accounts and VAT information held on the systems are up to date and accurate

  • Administering and processing correspondence using Filing on the system

  • Support outsources by allocating work to them and monitoring their SLA's

  • Ensuring that all clients meet their obligations as directors of their own business

  • Monitoring clients' deadlines for VAT/SATR/Year end accounts through internal reporting tools

  • Ensuring that customers are kept informed of progress with their accounts/VAT Returns and payroll submissions

  • Updating IRIS practice management to ensure that all jobs are allocated to team members

  • Prioritising work according to defined service level agreements and the effect on the business

  • Assisting team members where required

  • Ensure all queries are well documented and updated

  • Assistance with clients' company payroll

  • Advising clients through company closedown
