Major Construction, Home Build and Refurbishment company seeks a Bid Manager to manage efficiently the company’s submissions, bids, tenders and presentations.

The Skills and Experience Required for this position as Bid Manager are as follows:

- Experience in the construction sector either contracts or professional background is absolutely

essential with professional qualifications /Institute Membership.

- Solid, consistent experience (minimum 3years) of managing the submission of bids, tenders, presentations, qualification questionnaires
- Assisting the team manage submissions efficiently and in a timely manner
- Managing / organising internal meetings, and providing accurate up to date information
- Good admin skills in communicating documents updated in the right electronic formats
- Strong communicator written and verbal
- Ambitious
- Clean smart appearance
