Looking for graduates with a minimum 2:1 in any discipline that are looking to start to define their career in sales.

Our client is based in Gloucestershire and looking to take on a graduate for a Business Development Representative role.

The new recruit will be joining a team of young, driven and dynamic individuals.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a company that have grown by 20-25% year on year, that are award winning and currently work with a number of exciting blue chip customers.

As such you will be joining a quickly growing company with a number of personal development opportunities, particularly aligned to personal career progression.


The graduate business development executive will have the advantage of working for a company that really rewards you for your performance.

The company will work closely with you to develop your career, ensuring you have the continued support to develop your talent.


The role will involve:




*Consultatively approaching new customers




*Using industry best tools to help identify and analyse possible opportunities in the market and turn into qualified sales opportunities




*Booking qualified sales meetings for direct sales team




*Develop customer facing activities to continuously grow our business


The offices are open planned, recently refurbished with white desks and is a really fun environment to work in.


What we are looking for:




* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to understand both business and technical terminology




* 2:1 degree




*Someone who is consultative and can construct intelligent, probing questions




*Someone who can understand and pick up business terms quickly




*Articulate




* Resilience




* Teamwork




* Drive




* Someone with a little bit of magic (TBC)




*Target driven




*Ability to apply learning
