Stock / Inventory Manager in Swanwick

We are currently looking to recruit for a Stock / Inventory Manager for our client in Swanwick

This is a critical role in the engineering department of the organisation managing onsite materials, including maintaining an obsolescence stock report via supply chain.

Details of the role below –

  • Responsible for reviewing stock levels, ensuring availability, forecasting and providing monthly reporting for external use
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the supply chain of obsolescence stock, ensuring correct parts are delivered and maintain 3rd party supplier relationships
  • Provide feedback to Service Delivery Managers, Account Managers and Engineering Team members in reference to customer related queries.

  • Acting as an escalation point for the onsite engineers

Ideal experience  –

  • Supply chain management experience
  • Experience of report-writing
  • Able to identify key deliveries and to prioritise
  • Have a good working knowledge of Server/PC architecture and knowledge of popular operating systems
  • Excellent communication skills, able to converse with people at all levels
  • Ideally will have a SC clearence, if not must be able to pass

Monday – Friday day work, based on site in Sanwick

The role is paying between £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
