Health & Social Care Assessor: The essentials.
, Assessor qualification (A1, D32, TAQA)
, Teaching qualification (PTLLS or above)
, A relevant H&SC qualification (minimum Level 3)
, Motivation, enthusiasm and more importantly a flexible approach to work and duties are essential characteristics
, Ability to work on your own initiative with good organisational skills
, Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
, Full UK driving licence
, Literacy & Numeracy qualifications (at Level 2 or above)
, Knowledge of government funded employment and training programmes
Health & Social Care Assessor: Your experience.
, A sound occupational background within Health & Social Care
, You will have assessed NVQs up to level 3 in a previous role and have experience delivering apprenticeship contracts including functional skills to learners
, Occupational history and competence within the industry
, Minimum 12 months assessing experience
, Experience in a similar role
, A proven track record of meeting / exceeding targets
, The ability to motivate and encourage people
, Accurate report writing and record keeping skills
, Observing and assessing learners in their workplace
, Maintaining records of learners progress

, Literacy & Numeracy qualifications (at Level 3 or above)
