Based in the heart of trendy Covent Garden (with some travel to other offices and client site required), we are looking for a media planning and buying expert, who is bright, sparky and energetic to act as the 'go-to' senior paid media expert within this growing agency.

You will need to be robust and confident in your approach in order to stand toe-to-toe with the founder of the business and to help drive this company forward and challenge the status quo.



This role is creative, strategic and commercial, so all of these skills should be prominent.

You will work with closely with retail clients to understand their challenges, customer acquisition and retention goals and overarching media planning and buying strategies in order to develop and shape paid media solutions aligned to these.



You will need to be a practitioner, still very much in touch with delivery and the latest product releases from key providers, as well as a strategic thought leader.



You will also need to be highly analytical, with an underlying CRM focus to work approach.

Therefore you should be familiar with segmentation techniques and a targeted approach to your work, with a repeat customer business model in mind.


A key focus for this role is product development, whereby you will own the overall development of the paid media proposition; ensuring the agency remains market leading.

You will be responsible for the shaping and development of the agency's bespoke digital forecasting tool's roadmap; through understanding what the future of paid media looks alike and the current media partners are doing.



You report into the Head of Online Marketing, working closely with the Head of Owned and Earned Media as well as the Client Management team; working collaboratively to integrate the paid media proposition into the overall offering.




POSITION - Head of Paid Media; display, PPC and social media, re-targeting



LOCATION - London with travel to other offices involved weekly



SALARY - £60k - £80k plus benefits
