A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful, growing company within an extremely rewarding field as a Bid Manager! My client, who are market leaders are seeking a self-motivated and innovative individual


Job Purpose of Bid Manager:


The role integrates the Clinical Services and Sales & Marketing divisional strategies with securing market growth through winning contract bids for service and product which will occasionally extend to international markets.


Key Duties of Bid Manager:



  • You will ‘own' the bid process from preparing the pre-tender bid submissions and then handing over to contract implementation team

  • Prepare specifications, response documents and financial schedules for tenders

  • Lead a broad group of specialised colleagues

  • Prepare and deliver bid discussions and recommendations

  • Lead the writing, editing and production of bids

  • Manage complex procurement projects including the competitive quotation process

  • Support divisions with marketing material that will support sales growth


Required Experience of Bid Manager:



  • Previous Contract tendering process management

  • Be a good organiser and keen attention to detail with ability to focus on important tasks
