About the role

A key function within our family services team, the outcomes coordinator will be the back bone for our educarers to digest and monitor their weekly reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to guide and empower them in delivering outstanding care and support in achieving the childrens' goals and outcomes.

Your main functions which include but not limited to:

  • Digesting, monitoring, analysing & chasing educarers' weekly progress summaries

  • Educarer Performance management

  • Liasing with family services, Intake & Operations -

  • Maintaining compliance

  • Performance management escalation

  • Recommendations of rotation of educarers with families

  • Are educarers reaching goals and outcomes?

  • Educarers breaching policies and procedures

  • Coaching educarers around reaching developmental goals and outcomes through sharing their expertise around early childhood.

About you

The nature of this role is an outcome driven routine, talking to a lot of people from different walks of life.

There is a need to be diplomatic empathetic, firm and resolute which is not always an easy balance.

  • A minimum 1 year experience in a child care / community service role

  • A childcare qualification

  • Positive and motivated personality with the ability to relate to people from all walks of life
