Our client, an on-demand delivery service, has an excellent opportunity for a Live Customer Operations Advisor to join their vibrant and dynamic team.

You think you have it in you to be a Live Customer Operations Advisor? Can you provide world class service? Do you enjoy working in a fast paced environment? Do you want to be part of the next phases of our client's expansion and the rewards that come with it? If so, we want to hear from you!

As a Live Customer Operations Advisor what will you be doing?

  • Managing orders as they are submitted by our customers
  • Place orders on behalf of our customers (from a Starbucks latte to a McQueen bag)
  • Help coordinate our fleet of Quiqees (kind of like a chess game, you need to position your soldiers in a strategic manner)
  • Go the extra mile for every customer (basically run a marathon on a daily basis)
  • Address our customer’s and Quiqee’s queries; be personal and supportive
  • Ensuring all KPIs and SLA’s are met
  • Let us know what our customer are saying, to help us keep growing and improving
  • Get involved in perfecting the customer journey
  • Investigate in issues customers have faced and communicate these to the appropriate department to assure constant innovation

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills: both verbal and written
  • You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and are flexible to work nights and weekends
  • Hands-on “can-do” attitude
  • Passionate about keeping every customer coming back (even if it means bribing them with a Five Guys burger)
  • Experience in working in customer care
  • Able to work in a high pressure environment
  • Ability to think outside the box.

  • Understanding Salesforce is a big plus
  • Tech savvy (We are a tech company after all)
