My client, a reputable local authority in the Berkshire area, is currently looking for a Team Manager (TM) who can join them on a contract basis.

They are happy to consider an experienced Assistant Team Manager (ATM), which means you will have the opportunity to take a step up.

They can do telephone interviews also, so you don't have to travel to the service unless you get offered the position.


The Team Manager will manage the Learning Disabilities Team, which will soon change to a generic team.

In this role, you will will oversee a small team of very experienced Social Workers, inspiring them to deliver an excellent service.


Please apply for this position if you have management experience within the adults services - experience within a Learning Disabilities or Generic Team would be ideal.

You must also have a Social Work Degree and a HCPC registration.
