Salary: £14,214 - £20,000 OTE

The company is a multi-franchise motor dealer group based in the north east of England.

A family owned company having had its routes in the region for over 100 years, it now operates out of six locations in the Tyne Tees area.

Our Contact Centre is responsible for making and taking calls from customers in relation to booking of Service & MOT's as well as advising on additional products and services.

We are currently looking for someone to join the team.

Previous experience of working in a Sales/Contact Centre environment would be desirable, however full training will be given.

More important is someone who has an excellent telephone manner, good keyboard/computer skills, and the desire to learn.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working to targets with the ability to retain information in what can be a fairly complex and diverse area of the business.

The hours of work are 40 hours per week, working one late night until 6pm and Saturdays 8.30am-5.00pm on a rota basis.

In return you will receive a basic salary of £14,214 plus a generous bonus (OTE £20,000 uncapped), you will also receive company discount and life assurance.
