Our hugely successful and corporate client, are currently on the search for a PA.

This is an exciting and challenging role that will involve PA support coupled with administration support for a team.

The ideal candidate will have gained previous senior level PA experience and possess strong communication, organisational and planning skills.


- International diary management

- Typing of letters, emails and minutes and preparation of presentations

- Managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence

- Liaising with senior executives within the firm

- Preparing management reports

- Email and call management

- Event planning


- Previous experience providing support at Senior Director level

- Advanced IT skills

- Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Strong organisational skills, proactive approach and multi-tasker
