Customer Support Coordinator

Reporting to the Customer Support Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing a range of sales and service related assistance through administration, coordination and communication required to drive success of the business.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Processing customer and manufacturer orders
- Liaising with sales and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Following up on deliveries and ensure they have been received within the timeframe
- Administrative tasks in relation to preparing quotes and tracking deliveries
- Inbound call centre experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience liaising with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proven ability to meet KPI's
- Previous experience using SAP is desirable
