Customer Support Coordinator

Reporting to the Customer Support Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing a range of sales and service related assistance through administration, coordination and communication required to drive success of the business.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Processing customer and manufacturer orders

  • Liaising with sales and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Following up on deliveries and ensure they have been received within the timeframe

  • Administrative tasks in relation to preparing quotes and tracking deliveries

Previous experience

  • Inbound call centre experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Experience liaising with customers and internal stakeholders

  • Proven ability to meet KPI's

  • Previous experience using SAP is desirable
