ICT Contracts Officer

This role will involve tasks such as;

  • Establishment and renewal of ICT Goods and Services contracts

  • Ongoing administration and management of contracts

  • Point of contact for Vendor on contractual matters

  • Provision of guidance on contract matters

  • Monitoring of compliance by company Vendor with contractual performance reporting and any related on-going issues

  • Consistency with existing procurement practices and processes

  • Vendor management of contractual compliance

With the high distinguishment of this role comes the below requirements:

  • Skills and experience in ICT procurement with public sector procurement requirements

  • Experience and skills in leading the organisation, preparation, negotiation and establishment of complex agreements; including on-going contract and vendor compliance

  • Proven analytical skills

  • High-level communication skills

  • Proven ability to work autonomously and within a team
